I order Domino’s Pizza on 19-04-2023 in 10:04 online payment but my food not delivery I’m waiting on so many hours, Domino’s Pizza online tracking not working customer service not responding I’m very hungry at that movement. I need compensation and I attached my order bill

Unethical practices being adopted by Mall road ludhiana restaurent.
I have placed 4 orders today order no. 115,118,129,132 at dominos mall road restaurent with cash on delievery mode. Without consulting me they have cancelled the orders every time and when i have don payment through debit card in advance they have confirmed the order no. 134 and 136. But delievery guy didnot delievered on time. Instead he has delibrately updated fake status as delievered in dominos app.
Everytime i am facing this issue with this restaurent. This is so unethical practic being adopted by such a reknowned brand like dominos.
When i called store for feedback regarding this store employees misbehaved on telephonic conversation and making false claim that you have cancelled the ordered. When i asked the justification they started misbheaving and started using inappropriate words.
These unethical practices are not at all accepted by a brand like dominos.
Please look into this matter on priority basis.
Please provide the justification
1.why everytime cash mode orders are being cancelled.?
2. Why delievery status is being updated as delievered before delievery. ?
3. How can staff misbehave with customers of such a big brand name like dominos?
4. If Dominos is not going to deleiver through cash mode than why donot you remove this option from your app.
Is there no value of the customers in dominos?
Even a street vendor knows the value of customers these days and is respecting the customer,How can you recruit such a staff who donot respect your customers.
