I had a loan of Rs.18000, they didn’t disbursed this amount. I don’t know what type of terms they are using. I paid 1st month EMI. Then I got an accident in the previous month and I lost my job. I already mailed them before the due date, which is in a proper manner. As per RBI guidelines I followed each step to process. Now they are calling me and sending me fake legal notice and started asking me for money in a unprofessional way. They don’t have ots segment and no tenure extension plan. They don’t have any proper procedure. They are behaving so bad. I request to take strong actions against them.
