I had booked a ticket on the 30th March 2021. Confirmation number: REF670925101. Amount ₹3900.00 was deducted from my account. Later, they called and told me that PNR was not generated and hence the ticket was cancelled due to fare differences. They also informed me that the amount will be refunded within 7 days. I sent them a mail on the 20th March expressing my concern over the refund. They told me that it will be refunded within the next 10-15 days but till date i have not received the refund. They are also not picking up the calls & nor replying to my mails.
I request you to please take strict action against the same.
