This is regarding my earlier email REF 562942433. After talking to some of your agents today, I gather that my amount has been refunded into some “wallet”. Please note here that I have not created any account with your agency and had proceeded for booking as a guest traveller. Though I admit, I made a big mistake by making a booking with your agency. I do not know where you have transferred my amount of Rs. 4631. I DO NOT have any account with you and thus, a WALLET DOES NOT EXIST, rather CANNOT EXIST. As per your REFUND POLICY, my amount should have been refunded to my card through which the booking was made. Please process my refund at the earliest as this is over a month now. I expect my money to be processed and refunded immediately, otherwise I will have to blow the case up. I am done waiting and hearing all your fraud and misleading claims.
