Hello Sir/Madam
I activated paytm postpaid for curiosity with no intention to use it. By default all payments were done by using postpaid. I cleared the dues as soon as I noticed but still they are charging fee in name of convenience fee.
My granted limit was rs 8000 but 2% charge they added is more than maximum possible on limit.
They are not highlighting these charges and way they calculate 2% fee with a clear intention to fool customers.
Please take action to stop this scam.
