I have seen an add on Instagram about a combo of earphones and headphones for Rs.1599 given by a website www.gadgetgreek1.myshopify.com( . I have ordered from that website but got a totally different product whose net cost is Rs.749  and it is used and its condition is also not good.

I have sent them many emails but still, I haven’t got intimation from their side and I am trying to reach them but no Phone No. has been displayed on their website.

Kindly take this complaint into consideration and resolve this issue of mine
