I have ordered a pair of shoes from the online shopping site jute pe juta.com on 19th of july,2020. The ordered product have not received to me yet till this date. I jave mailed them for more than 3 times. And now I can’t reach them through mails. Kindly take necessary action for this ,for either refunding my money or make the product available. Please do the needful..
