Doesn’t received my order from flipkart even after the expected date

Text of Complaint by Sarath:

I have ordered an watch at 19th may 2024 they showed they will deliver the order at 25th may 2024 but I doesn’t get the product after the expected date and day by day they are showing new delivery date.But in order details it shows out of delivery and they given an delivery person number and I called them more than 3times and they wouldn’t taking the call. I ordered the product as a birthday gift so I ordered early to get the gift before the birthday and now didn’t received anything even after the birthday. If they can’t delivery the product at the given time why did they provide such expected date. Am also contacted the customer care service to get the information about the hub,so i can receive the order directly from there because i needed the order at the expected time. But they also didn’t know anything about the hub.I doesn’t have any money loss in this order but Doesn’t a costumer have the rights to receive the order at the expected time? It was the worst experience I have ever faced by an online company. How can a company like flipkart becomes so irresponsible with their customer?
