Text of Complaint by Netrananda jena:

I am using this particular mob no. 9778417376 from last 14 years. In early usage it was a Docomo Sim but in 2018 I have changed my Docomo sim to Airtel sim as airtel network was working tremendous at that time. During the process of portable from Docomo to Airtel I have submitted all the needed and important documents of mine in particular. But when I face the problem of my airtel sim network, I went quickly to the nearest airtel service center. They had verified my airtel Sim documents and said that the documents which are registered in the sim is not mine. It is somebody’s else document added in my sim. I have tried a lot to talk to customer care center but it is not working. I have registered this particular number in most of the important areas. If this number will not work as soon I will face a lot of problem.
