Dear Vodafone Team,
I am really very frustrated with the services of Vodafone sines last 10 day i was give request to change me sim due to have some problem with my sim even. Even I Also made payment in advances .
Still i am suffering my sim is not active whenever i call to the customer care they told to visit the store when i visit the store they told me it will activate soon but still problem here. If possible or Vodafone is a professional Network then request you to activate my services asap or let me know what to do to change the network because this is my offices number end now i cant wait.
