I wanted to state that I had bought a software for the management of my clinic.
I had stated the requirements for my clinic clearly not once but multiple times.
After they said that they can meet the requirement, i bought the software for Rs. 30,800.
Now when we are on boarded , we see the requirement is not met.
They keep on saying they will get back to us, but don’t call back.
They have a refund policy of 60 days & they said they will give the money back after we send a mail. Now they are not responding to our calls
