1. Trace the payment confirmation message in your email from Razorpay which is their payment gateway and report a fraud
2. Report a dispute with your bank regarding the particular transaction and see if they give you an interim chargeback credit till the dispute is resolved.
3. Report a cybercrime report with the national cybercrime cell. If you can also use some influence from the police forces, please do so.
