See advert on TikTok send watts up person name was Malthi she said must dept R200 to start you do task after you finish your task you can withdraw your money then the topup amounts getting bigger and task more sitting now with 14/15 and can only withdraw when it is 15/15 all the money what i paid in so far is R5200. When i ask my so called manager Lindi she said i must complete my task 15/15 then i can withdraw my money .Send them both wattsups today to ask them to payback my money but no responds so far please help get money back

Hi I have opened a case at Vredenburg SAPS, My case number is 268/08/2023, opened on the 23/08/2023

I have opened a case at Strand SAPS on 21 June 2023 the case number 308/6/2023 just to received a message on the 25 June 2023 that all leads was followed up and the case has been closed. I mentioned every single Capitec Account holder and account number in my affidavit and this investigating officer never even contacted Capitec to try and find out any information with regards to these accounts but all leads was followed up. The SAPS will always fail us as South Africans. But this is the case number and the message said they will re-open the case upon new leads. This site needs to be shutdown to prevent more people from losing their hard earn money I lost more than R23000 and is currently still struggling to get my rent and accounts up to date. If you can help please do. I have reported the ads I came across on TikTok not sure if TikTok is doing anything about it, but if not then they are also to blame for people being scammed.
Did capitec Do anything about this?
Did they try to reverse the money/ Transactions? Or they also don’t have any leads
Opened a case on the 8th of August and the SAPS haven’t done jack about it nor has capitec
