Make call take an pending time and to reach an call wait 1-3 minutes and after a ring will pass then it will automatically off the ring . And i will connect to airtel customer care service and there’s is no hope they will off the to connect through 198/121 customer care services if they are tell connect to customer care service through by press 3 about network and calling issues.but there no hope so it can be take more serious. Because 1 month of recharge loss by this’s kind of issues
