I had booked a flat T1 – 2308 of Runwal Gardens Dombivali on 14th June, 2020 by giving a token of Rs.11000 to Mr. Saurav after which i got a confirmation mail from the his Manager Mr. Amit Samgiskar that if we wish to cancel the booking we shall get the token amount paid to Runwal. But due to present ongoing situation had to cancel the booking since was not able to pay the said amount in the lock in time period provided by them. I had sent a cancellation mail to Mr. Amit on 16th July, 2020, Mr. Sourav Dutta ( Sales rep ) said i will get my refund in 60 days, but still i haven’t received my refund…
