Our Actifry suddenly stopped working. We sent to repair service, E-Care Reverse Logistics BV. Then more than 2 months repair did not happen. Later they informed new product will be delivered. Now it became more than 4 months and no product delivered. We contacted Consumer Care Tefal and they do not follow up as well. It is unbelieavable that they kept our product more than 4 months and they do not care!
Extremely bad company, worst repair service!!
