Do not buy anything from Sarv and Deepcall. They are organized fraudsters. They have appointed people to take money from the customers by promising quick services. Once you make the payment, they start showing their true colors.
– Lengthy KYC and delayed response are a part of their money-fetching scheme.
– Fraud is organized and closely run by Co-Founder and Director – Preeti Kaushik.
– Every meeting happens on their own platform (they avoid Google Meet and Zoom Calls for recording).
Sarv and Deepcall are jointly running this scam by showing heavy KYC after the client made the payments.
They also ask for additional GST and didn’t share GSTIN Invoice. The scam is so organized that you can’t recognize any fraud at the start.
The executive talks to you very sweetly in starting and then will threaten you by showing their higher connections with politicians and legal.
Timeline:
– Connected Sarv for Telephony Services – requirements not met.
– Connected Sarv for SMS Services – requirements met.
– The demo is done and the deal is finalized on 23rd January, 2023.
– The payment was made on 25th January, 2023. No Invoice shared by Sarv.
– KYC to be sent.
– KYC sent to SARV on 08 February, 2023.
– Declined by Company saying the Director’s ID Proof is not self-attested on 08 February, 2023.
– Asked for refunds as they were asking for more time to approve on 08 February, 2023.
– Sarv denied saying the KYC is not met and they do not refund on 08 February, 2023.
– They say that internal policies do not allow them to refund, even they haven’t used their services. They do not even bother to reply on Professional networks like Mail and Linkedin.
– They first sent the screenshot of the internal email (denied by Preeti Kaushik) and later on deleted.
I have the email proof of their saying not to return money!!!
