I have already paid the entire amount of my loan. As I have pre-closed it, there was a pre-closure charge. I have paid all the charges and the entire amount. Still it is showing as active and I am receiving calls to pay EMI. What type of Scam is this? I have the mail and the conformation screenshot from the portal
