I purchased from a mobile phone from samsung finance plus. i paid EMI on time to time. and i have no overdue. but unfortunately they locked my device. now what can i do? i call on their customer care number but never get any reply. totally worst service, i appeal to our Indian public that please not but samsung product from samsung fianance plus. and please help me recover my phone.
