DEAR DMI TEAM
I have a loan DMI0004394966. If i login through portal or through chatbot my loan details are not visible. I am not able to find my loan details or loan pending amount. Even I am not able to repay the amount. Suddenly DMI/mobikwik is sending legal notices. Also interest and penalties adding. Need immediate solution for my problem
