I have cleared all the payment three years back for the below loan details.
DMIFINANCE
Account no – DMI0001116244
But it is still reflecting in my cibil and impacting my cibil score.
It is showing overdue of 4310 amount in cibil, but when i try to connect dmi finance they are saying you are not active customer and call got disconnected every time.
I also try to payment but when i try to pay no amount is pending, i dont understand why this is in my cibil
I want NOC but they don’t consider me as active customer and doesn’t providing any NOC
