They have given payment link as mobikwik but couple of times it was not working and i lost money due to these transactions. I requested dmi team to send me direct account number and ifsc code wih final payment against which i received their email and i have done full payment. After making this payment i have sent an emails to their customer care and greviance teams but none of their teams giving reply. Every time i am getting standard robo reply only. Now for the last seven days i am started getting patment reminders from mobikwik which is really frustrating me. Then i have been through mobikwik but app shows they have some issues from operator so unable to show details.
Looks like some thing wrong here and i need justice with noc and i want some body take necessary action about these kind of frauds, i am attaching my payment against their email and keeping full communication here. This email i sent on 26th jan 21.
