I took the loan from DMI FINANCE in jully 2022 for 12 month tenure ….I regularly paid EMI on every month of 5th, after 6th EMI I dicided to preclosure my loan and i proceed with DMI FINANCE chat support ,where the amount showed for preclosure is 18858,
I paid the entire amount vai google pay on 21st january 2023…
After few day i checked on DMI finance website, there is showing that 11 EMI PAID and 12th EMI still remaining ,
I am still trying to reach DMI finance customer support via toll free no. And mail, but they are not giving me proper solution about this concern…
Customer support is very poor….
From last 4 5 days im still trying to reach there customer support but cant,
