I am writing to formally complain about the recent misconduct by DMI Finance representatives.
After taking a loan from DMI Finance, I missed a payment due to financial constraints. Following this, field officers visited my residential address and disclosed my loan details to third parties, which constitutes a clear violation of my privacy rights.
Furthermore, I received a call from a staff member named Praveen P, who spoke to my mother in a highly unprofessional and harassing manner. During the conversation, he falsely accused me of assaulting a female staff member of DMI Finance using inappropriate language. These allegations are completely untrue and baseless. Upon further inquiry, it was revealed and confirmed by DMI staff themselves that this story was fabricated. It is deeply concerning that representatives would resort to such false claims, which could lead to severe emotional distress within families or even tragic consequences.
I am profoundly disturbed by these incidents and urge immediate action to address this matter. I request a comprehensive investigation into the breach of my privacy and the harassment caused by your staff. I also expect a clear and timely resolution to ensure accountability and prevent such occurrences in the future.
