Text of Complaint by Praveen Kumar:

I have taken Personsl loan from this Company. My EMI date is 5th of Every month. I have maintain funds more than due amount two day prior to the due date. But DMI finance company not debit on this date and also they didn’t send any Transaction Failed message on that day..after two days, today they send the message that your amount not debited because of NACH Failure. They sent new payment link that contain amount payable is Rs.3436. Then I pay loan due amount only Rs. 2787 via DMI Finance mobile app … Why they charged Rs.649 extrs. Definitely this EMI due failure will make any changes in CIBIL score. This is not my mistake. Totally fraud Company…Kindly make justice for the customers who are affected by the DMI finance. N also finance customer care number is not responding anything… This is totally fraud company…
