Dmi Finance collections agent given wrong information the agents stated that i will send the without chargers link for payment after paying emi payment sent the screenshot of that than will remove the chargers but after paying the emi sended the him screenshot of that there is no responses and not revert back

I have already raised this complaint in Rbi ombudsman because ur collections agents given me wrong information repately past from 5 months stating they have shared me without chargers link and i have maked the payments and as told after paying send the screenshots of that so that they removed the chargers from Dmi app but after paying the emi amount there are not responding to my calls and msgs and month by month adding this chargers which is not responsible me i gonna escalate this issue in Rbi ombudsman with all call recording this not going good i have file a complaint in Banking grievance and going for forward it should not repated with any of customers make sure on priority bases immediately reslove my concern and ur collections guys they are speaking with rudely and disconnected the calls wantedly but i am not tolerate this. and again and again i am telling you guys repeatedly removed my chargers and contact to my number 9900901169
