I m tell to customer care 354 please late payment charge customer care told is not updated in server problem so don’t worry I am sorry problem is telling but I raise a complaint in day my penis is not reply is not given to correct number for you status is told but how can you show in map how can I login in number is cheating in customers

I bought m 51 new phone, paying EMIs regularly, even then it shows unregistered SIM when I switch the phone off,after entering the same number again it takes 4 hours to start again,this has happened fifth time, called to customer care, once they solved, there working time is from 9am to…. What if I face a problem at night. And I would suggest all never never ever purchase a Samsung phone

I am Sathishbabu from Chennai took consumer loan from DMI purchased mobile thru’ DMI Finance portal Cash are. Even after I properly closed my loan loan account. They are demanding more money in the name of pending charges. For the loan closed in year 2019 till date they are not providing NOC but engaging collection agents whom introducing themselves as Advocates and threatening to pay more. I sent all my payment details and proper email communications to DMI Finance copying RBI, NBFC govt. Department emails. DMI customer care number and emails are stopped responding to the customers
