On 06th Nov 20′ EMI of Rs 1235&1603 got auto debited from my bank account and before that without any reason Rs 293 got debited on 02nd nov but after making the payment on time as per schedule still bank charged 295 ecs return charges.
I have opted moratorium for two months and no doubt I have cleared all the dues on 27th oct 20′ but still in sept month on 28th ecs return charges been charged and now dmi finance team is asking to pay Rs 1350 as bounce charges for each loan account.
I would request you to look into it and take severe action on dmi finance because I’m ready fight against these fraudsters with valid proofs.
