This is to formally lodge a complaint on the Dizo brand.
I had purchased a Dizo Watch r Talk on 22/09/ 2022 which came along with 1 year warranty. The watch has stopped working since the last 2 months.

During the last 2 months, I have tried the following ways of reaching the company or service centers to get a resolution but nothing worked:
1. Customer care – 1800 843 3030
2. Customer care no 2 – 92896 21402
3. Emails to Dizo India – service.in@dizo.net
4. Emails to Dizo Global – salesglobal@dizo.net
5. Listed service centers in Coimbatore, Bangalore, Pune & Mumbai

All the service centers have denied that they are not working on the Dizo products anymore.
News has the rumours that the company might have been shut down. But who will service the products that have been sold so far?
