I brought dizo watch r talk, a smartwatch I used it for a month or 2 then it stopped working I went to a nearby service center they said to contact the dizo company..as my watch is still in the warranty period I thought it’ll get fixed or replaced but the customer services isn’t picking up my calls nor responding to any of my text! I would like to be compensated for my 5000rs watch or replaced with a new one!
