I bought Dizo watch R on 24th March 2022. It worked fine for 11 months, I handover my watch on Feb 2023. I had a couple of calls with the Dizo service center upto May-2023. Every time, the support team will answer the stock is out and will manufacture and will replace it in 1 week or 2 weeks. It had been 5 months, I didn’t get any information from the service center or support team.
