Dear Sir/Madam,
I have submitted my Dizo watch R on 31.03.2023 to the Boisar service centre in Palghar district(Maharashtra). The complaint number is IN01-014R230331001. Its been almost 4 months since I have submitted my watch , the service centre has no idea when will they receive the watch. 4 months of my warranty has already wasted I request you to kindly look into this issue and give me a resolution.
