I have brought Dizo watch R and it has charging issue now and still in warranty. I tried going to offline dizo service centre but they informed dizo has stopped offline support and should try the customer care number. I have been trying the number for more than a week and still haven’t connected with anyone and have sent emails to service centr twice but not received any response.
