I bought a new Dizo watch 2 sports on Flipkart on 27th October, for one month of usage there’s no issues. On November 29th when i put it in the charger, i noticed that the watch’s battery got bulged and the battery got bulged and doesn’t turning on. I can’t complain on Flipkart, so i contacted dizo service and they told to go to the nearest service center. The service center guys denied to accept the product as it is physically damaged and they told replacement is the only option. After that when i contacted online dizo service, they demanded service sheet of the product. I told them what happened at the service center and there is no service sheet for the product as it is denied by the service center guys, then there is no response from the customer service guys, Even after 3 months of complaints.
