I ordered Dizo wireless active headphones on 18-11-22 from Flipkart and after using them for 6 months the right side of bud is stopped working at all and then I reached out to its service center for repairing it because they are providing 12 months of warranty but their partnered service center said they don’t provide service to do product form few months and do provide doorstep service so just call to them then I had called the given contact number at least 20 times and it won’t connect to any assistant or any official to get in touch just put me on hold every time I called but not get connected to anyone
then I wrote a mail to the official email of Dizo but they just send some tips on how to repair it by myself but I tried it multiple times but they didn’t work than I had to fail this issue from last two weeks but didn’t get any response.
I need a proper resolution to my problem from the company
