I am from Kolkata, I purchased a Dizo smartwatch last year July and I need to service my watch. I am unable to get in touch with any service team from toll free number as no one is picking up the calls also nearby service centers are refusing to provide DIZO service. I am finding is very harassing and disappointed with DIZO as they are selling products but not providing any service. I even reached out over email but there is no response.
