I am one of the family members of a person seeking divorce since 2017. The case is being contested and is ongoing since 2017. In 2020, courts remained closed for 6-8 months and even after the courts started, an order of “not issuing adverse outcome” was issued if applicants were not present for the hearing. Thus after being actually working for just couple of months between February – March, courts closed again in April 2021 and still are closed for contesting cases In June 2021. Imagine, a person suffering for over 5 years now!!! Can anyone understand their misery!!???

An appeal to whosoever it may concern to please take up the issue of pending cases on urgent basis in Pune family court.
