In this source I would intend to raise a complaint regarding the recharge that was diverted to a different number through my airtel app. I have initiated recharge through airtel app to 7795748598 but it was done to 9597100410 who’s a stranger not noted in my airtel app or not linked to any of my accounts for amount 598 using coupon of 50 rupees and I couldn’t reach the customer care through call due to covid so kindly do contact me in this issue or do favor me this regard through mail or call as soon as possible .
