above mentioned the loan account i was paid full amount, no amount pending,
here as i enclosed the bank statement for the transaction. This company was charged a penalty for no payment, but I was paid an amount, technology issues, but this company wrongly charges an amount. I have already complained to the RBI.
kindly do the needful at the earliest.
