I am using a mobile phone that supports dual volte but my airtel sim was not showing volte. So I contacted Airtel customer care through calling and they said contact your nearest airtel service center. So I went to the store and even when only 2 customers were there the staff made me wait for 15 minutes, despite the fact that the number of staff present at that time were 7 heads and customers were only 2. It was very disappointing. Moreover, when my number came they said that airtel has no volte support in Delhi. My problem is when the airtel doesn’t support volte why they made me wait for 15 minutes? Why couldn’t they have told me at the very first conversation and why the airtel customer care advised me to go to the service center?

I am very dissatisfied with the customer dealing procedure of Airtel.
