Converted my prepaid to postpaid a month ago. Cannot afford and asked to port. Spoke to someone from Airtel. Said, I cannot port it as per trai 90 days policy. My feedback was taken and assured me not to pay and things will be sorted. I am very dissatisfied. I didn’t get his call back but received a bill. I paid as the due date is today. If I can’t port, I Will take prepaid. As promised, refund my money.
