Dear Sir,
I am Manoja Ku Panda from Puri Odisha filled a complaint vide complaint NoWO No#1IU95A68 on dated 17/06/2019 and without resolving the issue they have closed my complaint on 21/06/2019. Again i have given complaint on 22/06/2019 and still now the said complaint is pending. My place is affected by Cycloan fani due to which may antena position displaced for which we are unable to see TV. I have complained but without resolution they have resolved my complaint.
I pray for you kindly look into the matter and resolve my complaints immediately and also order them to compensate for the said issue.
