I am unable to receive any incoming calls on my vodafone number (9916903100). Whenever someone tries to call me, the hear an automated voice saying that the incoming facility on this number is unavailable.

I have already raised a complaint regarding this  (Service registration number 3011959092) but haven’t received any updates. Every time I try calling customer care at 198, I am stuck on call for over 40 minutes waiting for a representative to answer.
