Dear Sir,
I am having my prepaid Airtel number 9903245306. A little bit earlier around 11.48 A.M. I have recharged through online from Citi Bank Credit Card for Rs.149/- and the said amount has been debited from my account vide Transaction ID 2008011243929. But surprisingly, I am unable to get the connection from my Handset which is not acceptable to me. In this regard, I would like to say that Airtel has confirmed about my complaint vide request no.CONRC20801188585. in this regard, I request you to look into the matter and resolve my problem to get the connection immediately. Awaiting your reply at very earliest.
