Hi, I raised a withdrawal request of 2000 on 15th April ’25.Next morning received a notification in 1xbet that withdrawal is successful.However,I checked in bank statement-there is no such transactions till date.I raised a query but they shared me a wrong NEFT UTR details to check with bank.I checked with my bank,but they mentioned that NEFT UTR no. shared by me is not correct.It should contain alphanumeric characters.They also checked in entire transaction for 15,16,17,18 april.No such transactions received in entire bank.I shared everything on email but they keep ignoring my issue,Now a days they are doing these things with many people.They don’t have any structure,rules.They self create rules,without following RBI and Govt of India protocols.
