on 22/11/2021 received 8 OTP SMS for unauthorised transaction each Rs 10,000. Called SBI Credit Card Customer care and requested them to BLOCK card and stop all transaction process. No OTP was shared. As per RBI guidlines i had complained within stipulated time frame, over phone, email and personal visit to police station to file a complaint. However, SBI Nodal Officer claims that since they have sent OTP to my mobile and i received the same, i am liable to pay for the unauthorised transaction which i had disputed immediately
