ubject: Dispute Regarding Unexpected Traffic Charge After Trip
Dear Zoomcar Support Team,
I am writing to formally raise a concern about a traffic charge that was applied to my account after my recent trip. I was completely unaware of any such violation during or after the journey, and I was not contacted or notified by Zoomcar regarding this matter.
I find it troubling that this charge appeared only after the trip had ended, without any prior communication or opportunity for clarification. If there was indeed a traffic violation, I would appreciate receiving the complete details, including the date, time, and location, along with any official documentation (such as a government challan).
I believe transparency and timely communication are key to a good customer experience, and I am disappointed that I was not informed proactively. I kindly request that this charge be reviewed and, if found to be incorrectly applied or unsupported, refunded accordingly.
