On 30 October 2022 just before the match between India and South Africa I placed bets for highest scorer Suryakumar Yadav for India and David Miller for South Africa.
After completion of the match when the bets were not settled I contacted pari-match online support staff. (Transcript downloaded). He referred to the bets and assured me that the bets will be settled soon.
On 31 October 2022 around 11 PM when I saw that the bets were still not settled, I contacted online support staff who again referred to the bets and assured that the bets will be settled in an hour or half.(transcript downloaded)
Again around 5 PM when the bets were not settled I contacted the support staff, to my surprise they informed that the bets will be settled once the matches are completed.
They changed the dates of the matches from 30 October to 2 and 3 November 2022 respectively.
Inspite of numerous emails, theyre is only assurance that bets will be settled but the are not settling I.
I request you to help me get the bet amount for Suryakumar Yadav 6000 and David Miller 40400.
