Good day
I am writing to express my serious concern regarding the IDFC Fast Tag #34161FA820328EE816662E00, MH46BZ9986 On 28/11/2023, there was a significant issue with the IDFC Fast Tag system, leading to a toll deduction of Rs.75/- at Khaniwade Toll Plaza at 17:23. Despite raising a dispute through the mobile app, it was rejected with the reason “TAG READ BY RFID READER,” suspect that my provided tag is a cloan and has been assigned to another customer.
I have attached evidence to support my claim that my car did not travel on the mentioned date and was, in fact, parked in my designated parking space at my residence.
It’s important to note that my vehicle is equipped with an advanced tracking system, making it implausible for IDFC Bank to mislead customers.
