I have cleared due on time still it’s not updated in loan app and also second time I had to repay again to avoid CIBIL,tried multiple attempts to confirm that I have cleared dues twice,,the repayment amount didn’t claimed by Cashe app nor refunded back to my bank account.
Bank is claiming that amount is successfully received by Cashe app.
